Thomas Brock was an English sculptor, knighted for his work on the Queen Victoria Memorial. Born in Worcester, he studied with J.H. Foley and the Royal Academy Schools, and, after Foley's death, completed many of his unfinished works. This led to numerous commissions, and Brock's statues became known for their historical accuracy and artistic composition.
